Job description:

1. Fulfillment Manpower Courier & Non Courier
2. Reporting existing manpower for gap analysis
3. Managing dedicated manpower requests and coordinating with vendors and recruitment team
4. Managing manpower database for reporting turnover
5. Monitoring attendance for dedicated operator and daily worker
6. Checking turn over letters and coordinating with users
7. Requesting and recap warning letters of BPO Manpower to vendor
8. Managing Mitra Courier
9. Monitoring BPJS Insurance

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from Psychology/Human Resource
2. Management/Law or other related major
3. Have experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business
4. Partner/Industrial Relations for 2 – 3 years or more
5. Has experience in leading a team
6. Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
8. Willing to work from Balikpapan
9. Willing to travel
