Responsibilities:

1. Ensure implementation of collection strategy in line with policy
2. Ensure all accounts are visited by the collector and analize the level of success
3. Review productivity performance of team member
4. Recruitment, training and performance management of collector to ensure good productivity
5. Handling customer complain
6. Handling walk in customer and investigate customer collection complaint.
7. Manage asset collection

Requirements

1. Have work experience in collection area
2. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
3. Capable to operate computer & Ms.Office
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
5. Domicile in Palembang or Sumatera area
