Job Descriptions:

• Act as the primary translator during shrimp cultivation training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Accurately translate spoken English into Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa, ensuring clarity and precision of the content.
• Provide real-time translation during interactive discussions, Q&A sessions, and practical demonstrations.
• Collaborate closely with the training team to understand technical terms and concepts related to shrimp cultivation.
• Prepare written translations of training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations, ensuring they are culturally appropriate and contextually relevant.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an English to Bahasa Indonesia Translator, preferably with exposure to the agricultural or aquaculture sector, though not mandatory.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with an excellent command of grammar and vocabulary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical information accurately and clearly to diverse audiences.
• High level of adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced training environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage training materials and ensure timely completion of translation tasks.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness to bridge communication gaps effectively.
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site during training sessions, if required.
• Familiarity with shrimp cultivation or aquaculture practices is a plus but not mandatory.
