Job Deskription :
- Responsible for handling general affairs and office management, (eg production needs (masks, hairnets, etc.), uniforms, catering, printers, telephones, etc.)
- Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
- Coordinate with purchasing to find, contact, and deal with vendors
- Create Purchase Requests
- Helping all operational work required by the company
- Stock taking for every incoming and outgoing item
- Other tasks given by the Supervisor
Job Requirement :
- Maximum is 28 years old.
- Minimum a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Preferably have an experience as a General Affair Administration minimum 1 year.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to join as soon as possible
- Willing to be placed at KITIC, Cikarang
