Job Description:
- Coordinate and implement the Human Capital program as HC representative in Region
- Support strategic partnering activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
- Following up on organizational performance improvement programs
- Monitor each Organization Health Index (OHI) of the organization
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in HR Generalist
- Willing to travel
- Preferably coming from company with minimum 3k employees
- Have a good communication skill, used to work in team.
Strong leadership - Placement in Bandung
- Proficient in English
