Main responsibilities :

1. Ensure Building Maintenance and repairs
2. Preventive Maintenance
3. Inspect to all facilities on the Building
4. Medium Building load calculation
5. Improvement in the area

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering
2. Have a good knowledge with Hydrology
3. Having experience in Civil minimum 4 years
4. able to use Autocad 3D, GIS, and Solidwork software
5. able to create BQ/RAB project.
6. Good analythical thinking, communication skills, and problem solving.
