Requirement :

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any related field
3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing.
4. Having excellent communication skill , negotiation skill and attention to detail
5. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
6. Fluently in english (oral & written)

Job Description :

1. Research potential vendors
2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
5. Review quality of purchased products
6. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
7. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
8. Cordinate with other department (Warehouse and Operational Team) to Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
