Job Descriptions:

1. Managing and executing promotional campaigns/program
2. Oversee the implementation of the strategies in the marketing and sales program plan
3. Providing insight on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
4. Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvement based on your finding
5. Develop plan strategies to achieve sales target
6. Monitoring sales performance
7. Building relationships with client/ customer
8. Create sales report to the manager related to sales performance, progress, and any challenges or opportunities that arise

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar discipline 2-3 years experience in sales promotion, having experience as a Sales lead would be preferred
2. Good analytical, problem-solving, and business planning skills
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills
4. Passionate about learning new technologies
5. Having prior experience in a similar role, and having experience in E-Commerce would be preferred
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions
7. Willing to be placed in Surabaya (WFO)
